These Terms of Service apply to VoxChan on the web, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and iPadOS, including test releases. Please read them before selecting “Agree and continue.” If you do not agree, decline and sign out.

VoxChan records the terms version and time of acceptance with your account. Material updates require a new acceptance. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Service less efficient. You specifically agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure.
• Engage in spamming or mass unsolicited messaging.
• Share sexually explicit content, exploitative material, credible threats, or content promoting violence or hatred against people.
• Publish someone else's private information without permission, impersonate others, commit fraud, or bypass access controls and moderation.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Use the Report action on content or a profile to bring it to our attention, and Block to stop unwanted contact. You can also contact us through the Contact page. We may remove violating content, restrict features, or suspend accounts after reviewing reports. Community rules cannot override these terms.

VoxChan supports free expression but reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant VoxChan a license to display and distribute it on the Service.
• Prohibited Content: Illegal content, child exploitation material, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Moderation: Hub owners have autonomy to moderate their communities, provided they respect the global Terms of Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by VoxChan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

In no event shall VoxChan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.

Beta versions may contain errors, change without notice, or become unavailable. Keep your own copy of important material. VoxChan is not an emergency calling service; use local emergency services when immediate help is needed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
