VoxChan supports free expression but reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

• User Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant VoxChan a license to display and distribute it on the Service.
• Prohibited Content: Illegal content, child exploitation material, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Moderation: Hub owners have autonomy to moderate their communities, provided they respect the global Terms of Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by VoxChan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

In no event shall VoxChan, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
